Open House Melbourne | 27 – 28 July
Join us on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July as Wesley opens its doors for Open House Melbourne. As part of this exciting citywide event, Wesley Church will be providing building tours, a self-guided glass window tour, and a craft activity for children, as well as a public lecture from renowned scholar Rev Dr Grace Ji-Sun Kim (details below).

Grace Ji-Sun Kim Talk – When God Became White: Dismantling Whiteness for a more Just Christianity
Sunday 28 July, 3:30 – 5pm

Rev Dr Grace Ji-Sun Kim is a world-renowned scholar and expert in intercultural, feminist, and post-colonial theology. She will talk about her book When God Became White: Dismantling Whiteness for a more Just Christianity. The talk will be followed by afternoon tea and a book signing (books will be available to purchase at the event). The event is free, but please RSVP here.

Weekly Church opening hours
Visit us during the week during the below hours. All are welcome in the church for prayer and quiet reflection. Our lovely volunteers are always on hand to answer questions about the history of Wesley Church. On Tuesdays, our Director of Music provides a free organ recital.

Tuesdays: 10:30am – 1:30pm, Free Organ Recital at 1pm
Thursdays: 11am – 1:30pm

Monthly Feast

Feast services take place on the first Sunday of each month. Join us for this contemporary and informal worship service.

Weekly Craft Group, Wednesdays at 11am – 1pm
A group of crafters is meeting at Wesley Church each week on a Wednesday morning. Experts in knitting and crochet are on hand, or bring along a project you’re already working on. Email churchoffice@wesleychurch.org.au for more information or to join.

Bible Study, Mondays 12 – 1pm
Rev Rachel Kronberger is running a bible study each Monday lunchtime in the church. All are welcome.
